Currently IAK AGRAR CONSULTING GmbH holds a 50% stake in GENOMIKA, a Bulgarian company specialised in trade and services in the cattle breeding and milk production sector. Part of this cooperation is the training of Bulgarian staff in Germany with the purpose of supporting Bulgarian milk producers in breeding, investment planning and daily production and economic management.

GENOMIKA also specialises in and sells high quality genetic material, especially sperm and breeding animals from RinderAllianz GmbH and other cooperation partners; and offers advisory services in the fields of mate selection, veterinary management, artificial insemination, fertility control, hoof care, feeding advisory, farm management, investment planning and financing.

Zambian Agricultural Knowledge & Training Centre Ltd.

In the context of the “Zambian-German Agricultural Knowledge and Training Centre” (AKTC) project that is supported by the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture and currently being implemented in Zambia by the consortium partners AFC Consultants International, DEULA Nienburg, DLG International and IAK Agrar Consulting, the company Zambian Agricultural Knowledge & Training Centre Ltd. was established in November 2015 according to Zambian law by AFC Consultants International GmbH, DEULA-Nienburg GmbH as well as IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH as equal members. The company’s main activities focus on establishing a knowledge centre for farmers, technicians and other stakeholders in the agricultural sector of Zambia, providing hands-on training in modern agricultural technology and sustainable crop production and carrying out demonstrations  and trials in sustainable plant production.

IAK Agricultural Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

In February 2018, IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH opened its Chinese subsidiary (Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise) in the PR of China. The business scope of IAK Agricultural Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is the provision of agricultural advisory services, predominantly for projects of technical and financial cooperation between Chinese and German organizations. The aim is to enhance the Chinese-German exchange of technical knowledge and to satisfy the needs of the Chinese market for high-level consulting services and modern technologies in the agricultural sector. The office of the new IAK subsidiary is in the German Centre in Beijing.
