Angola remains a stable economic partner for IAK

The event was hosted by the German-African Business Association, the Embassy of the Republic of Angola, the Agency for Private Investment and Promotion of Exports of Angola (AIPEX), the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Angola (AHK) and the Commerzbank AG.

At the event, attendees exchanged views on recent success stories of German industry in Angola as well as future business opportunities – e.g. in agriculture and bilateral trade.

In addition, Sven Gehlhaar, Managing Director of IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH, held concrete talks with the Secretary of State of the Angolan Ministry of Agriculture on strengthening the coffee sector in Angola and exporting Angolan coffee to Germany.

IAK has been continuously active in Angola since 1981, both in publicly financed and private-sector projects, and can therefore draw on a very intensive and well-developed network.
