IAK at Cafe Kyiv 2025: Strengthening Ukraine through dialog and partnerships

As a member of the European Ukrainian Bridge (EUB), IAK is actively involved in economic dialog and developing sustainable partnerships with Ukraine. In this context, we took part in the renowned networking event Cafe Kyiv 2025 in Berlin yesterday.

The event, which took place for the third year in a row, was organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and offers an important platform for exchange on current developments in Ukraine and for strengthening European-Ukrainian cooperation. High-ranking representatives from politics, business, science and civil society come together here. It also serves as an ideal platform for innovative support opportunities and brings together ideas for the sustainable reconstruction of Ukraine.

Many new contacts were made during the event. Among other things, concrete discussions took place on the expansion of the EUB and its activities. Joint initiatives were also discussed with partners and potential new members who are committed to stronger Europe-wide networking and more effective support for Ukraine, particularly in the reconstruction of infrastructure. By participating in Cafe Kyiv, the objectives of the EUB were further consolidated, in particular the central coordination of requests for urgently needed aid packages and supplies within the membership. Modern IT tools, which were presented at the event, can be used specifically for this purpose.

Another item on the program, in which IAK provided advisory support, was the presentation of the food products of the charity brand “Golden Ukraine”, which were presented by EUB Chairman André Pilling. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each product goes towards urgently needed material resources and aid for the most affected regions of Ukraine. At the same time, the EUB supports local manufacturers and exporters by marketing these original Ukrainian products in Germany.
