IAK is a member of the BMZ's WE-Fair Skilled Workers Alliance

The IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH is a member of the new WE-Fair Skilled Workers Alliance: Business and Development Policy for Fair Recruitment of Skilled Workers, established by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The alliance advocates for fair, transparent, and sustainable international recruitment of skilled workers. Together with partners from business, education, and politics, the IAK is committed to responsible solutions that create added value for all stakeholders.

As a company with many years of national and international experience, we see great potential – but also a concrete need for action:

• Actively addressing the shortage of skilled workers: German agriculture faces a growing need for qualified personnel. International skilled workers make an important contribution in this regard.
• Making integration more practical: Complex administrative processes can be challenging for all parties involved. Efficient and practical solutions are crucial here.
• Strengthening intercultural cooperation: International skilled workers open up new perspectives and competencies. It is important to constructively address reservations and leverage diversity as an opportunity, including at the middle management level.
• Contributing practical experience: The IAK has extensive experience in the successful integration of international skilled workers in the agricultural sector. We aim to further develop these approaches within the framework of WE-Fair and jointly expand their reach.
