IAK’s KeyNote at BayWa AgriFood Corporate Day

Sven Gehlhaar, Managing Director of IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH, delivered a keynote address at the BayWa AgriFood Corporate Day 2026 on the future perspectives and global trends shaping agrifood systems. More than 20 start-ups from Germany, France, and the Netherlands, alongside renowned German companies such as HiPP, Südzucker, Vista, Dr. Oetker, Landhandel Fromme and the PHW Group, as well as innovation ecosystem stakeholders including Rentenbank, TUM Venture Labs and Wageningen University & Research, und the Bavarian Farmers' Association came together to present their latest innovations through pitch and reverse-pitch sessions.

IAK contributed a global perspective on current developments in agricultural production, international trade, and export markets. The keynote highlighted major global trends affecting the agrifood sector and outlined strategic approaches needed to drive the large-scale transformation of agrifood systems towards greater sustainability, resilience, and food security.
