The domestic consulting team of IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH (IAK) regularly advises about 220 farms with a cultivated area of more than 300,000 ha, with a focus on the new federal states.
The legal forms of the farms range from sole proprietorships, GbRs, GmbHs, GmbH & Co. KGs and cooperatives to joint stock companies. They were either newly founded in the past three decades or are successor companies to former agricultural production cooperatives (LPGs). About 15% are organic farms.
Our clients come from crop farming, dairy production or finishing (pig breeding and fattening). They also produce special crops such as vegetables, fruit and herbs and generate renewable energy from biogas, photovoltaics and wind power. We provide our clients with continuous support from IAK's entire advisory portfolio.
The consultants of our domestic advisory team are also registered with the ministries of agriculture of the federal states of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg and Thuringia. In addition, individual consultants are registered to monitor and advise on investment planning and implementation. All colleagues regularly attend training sessions on content-related and organisational topics.
