Assist with institutional analysis of supplemental and consulting services for the IPARD program

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Turkey was to be supported in preparing the implementation of the rural development component. For this purpose, the quality of services provided by the respective government institutions and private sector actors was assessed and, on this basis, a framework offer, a coordination model and a training plan were prepared.
