The aim of DMKNL is to support the Ministry of Agriculture of Mongolia (MELL) and competent system-relevant institutions through the agricultural dialogue. The establishment of modern legal frameworks, the provision of demand-driven services, and the dissemination of technical and methodological competencies in sustainable agriculture are to be promoted.

In its fourth phase, the agricultural dialogue will essentially be continued in the three areas of 1) sustainable and climate-adapted forms of farming, 2) good professional practice in arable farming, and 3) development of advisory services for agriculture. The project is implemented with the help of numerous activities and the use of specialized staff. Workshops, seminars and other training events provide knowledge, which is deepened in written form in recommendations for action, manuals, studies and analyses.

The project is being implemented by IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH as lead partner in a consortium with GOPA AFC GmbH and DLG International GmbH.
