The aim was to provide Ukraine with increased support for the development of the agricultural sector and rural areas, taking into account international experience, especially German experience, and the EU Association Agreement.

- Improvement of the legal and regulatory framework for the development of the sector and rural areas
- Provision of up-to-date information, analyses and in-depth knowledge of international experts for the stakeholders involved
- Strengthening the network between Ukrainian and German stakeholders
IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH was the lead partner in the consortium with AFC Agriculture and Finance Consultants GmbH and the Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO).
