The aim of the project is to improve the education and training opportunities for specialists and managers in Ukrainian organic agriculture. To this end, the project is working together with the National Agroecological University of Zhytomyr (NAEUZ) and the organic pilot farm GALEKS-AGRO to establish a professional and practical training program tailored to different target groups. For this purpose, specialized knowledge in production and marketing is to be imparted to organic farms. Teachers at technical colleges and universities as well as agricultural advisors are to be strengthened in their expertise and pedagogical competence. In addition, the initial information provided by regional agricultural administrations and the technical competence of the Ministry of Agriculture and subordinate authorities are to be expanded so that organic agriculture can be better promoted and regulated.

The project is being implemented by GOPA AFC GmbH as lead partner in a consortium with IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH.
