Market research trip agricultural technology – Tashkent/Uzbekistan

On behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL), IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH conducted a market reconnaissance trip for German agricultural machinery companies. The target group were company representatives who wanted to inform themselves about a specific foreign market in general and about their concrete market opportunities in particular. Based on the impressions gained during the trip, a decision was to be made as to whether it would be worthwhile entering the market and initiating business.

During the market reconnaissance trip, participants received first-hand information on the Uzbek market and practical know-how from experienced experts. Specialist presentations, company visits and store checks were part of the program. As a result of the market reconnaissance trip, the establishment of long-term business relations between German agricultural machinery companies and Uzbek importers, market intermediaries and wholesalers was expected.
