IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH was commissioned by a private investor in Azerbaijan to plan a dairy farm for 2,400 dairy cows (including offspring, cattle fattening, fodder and grain cultivation as well as an own dairy with a capacity of 50 t per day) and to coordinate the cooperation of the German machinery and equipment suppliers.
During the start-up phase, IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH sent experts for crop and milk production and provided accompanying advice and training to the management and staff.
