Technical study on the seed sector in Afghanistan

The objective was to study the formal and informal Afghan seed sector with its subsectors, as well as the completed and ongoing development programs in the sector, in order to formulate guidelines and the regulatory framework for future strategic action in the seed sector and further development programs and projects.
