Bioeconomy

Bioeconomy is concerned with the production, development and use of biogenic substances. The aim – especially against the background of climate change – is to provide products, processes and services for all sectors of the economy with as little loss as possible, i.e. to make maximum use of plant and animal resources.

In addition, the bioeconomy includes processes and procedures that focus on how biogenic materials can be used even more effectively in economic cycles with the help of innovations.

In its international projects, IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH is concerned, among other things, with creating, promoting, strengthening and expanding bioeconomy initiatives and partnerships. The goal is a sustainable, innovative and climate-friendly agriculture and food industry. To achieve this, we work with policymakers, associations, science and research, and civil society. In addition, one focus is always on mutual knowledge growth through know-how transfer.
