Human resources management

Well-qualified and motivated employees are elementary for every company that wants to work economically and achieve good results. Human resource management with its components of personnel development, remuneration and incentive systems as well as qualification is therefore also an important, if not the most important management tool in agriculture.

Our focal points are:

Needs analysis and personnel development concept

  • Analysis of the workforce according to areas, qualification and age
  • Determination of personnel requirements with the help of working time analyses and benchmarks
  • Creation of a personnel development concept for short-, medium- and long-term manpower requirements

Compensation and motivation

  • Analysis and optimization of existing company motivation and remuneration systems
  • Elaboration of (performance-related) compensation schemes for management/board members, executive staff and employees
  • Provision of model employment contracts
  • Accompaniment and support during personnel interviews

Personnel search and placement

In the search for personnel for management and production, we support you throughout the entire process up to the conclusion of the employment contract:

  • Preparation of requirement profiles for the planned vacancy
  • Direct contact with potential candidates via our network, placement of (anonymous) advertisements
  • Pre-selection of incoming applications
  • Accompaniment of job interviews
  • Advice on the development of compensation packages, employment contracts, etc.

In-service qualification offers

  • Management workshops and seminars
  • Training courses in dairy and young cattle production (e.g. our two-day dairy manager training course for herd managers and executives or individual seminars on site at the company)
  • Cross-compliance training
