Expert for Tropical Aquaculture (m/f/d)
We are an independent, agriculturally orientated consulting company. We have been working for public and private clients in Germany and abroad since 1981. In the field of international development cooperation, we have specialised in the promotion of sustainable agriculture and food security. We plan, implement and evaluate projects in various countries in Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia and Latin America on behalf of public and private clients.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Tropical Aquaculture Expert (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
Assignment period: May to August 2024 (intermittent)
Your profile:
- University education in the fields of tropical agriculture, aquaculture and/or fisheries
- At least 5 years of professional experience in tropical aquaculture/fisheries projects
- Experience in sustainable shrimp and seafood production
- Experience in Vietnam and Thailand is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of Vietnamese and/or Thai is an advantage
