The aim of the project is to establish a functioning training system in the field of irrigated agriculture in the rural drylands of the four regions of Cochabamba, Chuquisaca, Potosí and Santa Cruz. The aim is to improve the implementation of projects in the public sector, the education offered and the advisory services for small farmers.
The project is implemented by GITEC Consult GmbH as lead partner in a consortium with IAK Agrar Consulting GmbH.
